What is the Public Order Bill?

Would expose women, people of colour, and marginalised groups to a greater risk of abuse from police using these expanded powers to stop and search.
Protest banning orders introduce intrusive (state) surveillance and would remove a person’s right to protest.
Likely contravenes the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) articles on freedom of expression, assembly and association.
